      Welcome to Prehistoric Plastic! This site is dedicated to giving you all the information on Dinosaur toys that you need. Being a rather new site, that information is growing little by little.

 Here, you will not only find a list of museum lines and other dinosaur toy brands, but you will also have the pleasure of checking out some of our dinosaur toy reviews. These reviews will give you an organized look at specific dinosaur toys, helping you to decide which ones are really worth the purchase. They will be updated with new toys as fast as possible.

 Dinosaur toys can be a bit misleading when it comes to size. This is due to the fact that most companies, unlike Schleich, do not provide a toy human for scale. This is why I created a category called "Dinosaur Size". In this category you will be free to see various types of dinosaurs compared to a shrimpy, 6 foot tall man, whom I've named Pete. (Why? I don't know...) Seeing these many different types of dinosaurs compared with a man will give you a feel for their size.
